PromoVeritas was founded in 2002 by our CEO Jeremy Stern, the ex-European Promotions Director of Coca-Cola. He identified a clear gap between creative agencies working on brilliant ideas and clients who wanted to keep on the right side of the law and protect their budgets and reputations. Thus, our promotional company was born.

Since then we have administered thousands of promotions and given away over £50 million of prizes for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Our People

PromoVeritas are an experienced team of in-house lawyers, account managers, project managers, creatives and IT specialists.

Based in London, the core team is supplemented by over 25 independent global auditors who are able to oversee print runs, conduct prize draws or judging wherever necessary, at short notice.

Our varied skill set includes legal, digital, marketing, logistics, languages, systems and technology which all come together in producing world class promotions that the public want to enter.

Indian arts devotee and marketing enthusiast, Aarti brings over 6 years of valuable experience across multiple domains within marketing management.

Her masters degree in Consumer Behaviour attests to her love for enhancing consumer experiences so she’s found a natural home at Promo Veritas, where she supports multiple moving parts within projects and ensures everything is set up for success. Aarti enjoys brewing Chai, as well as gardening.

Amy manages our network of international lawyers covering more than 80 countries to build a strong and comprehensive repository of legal knowledge on promotional laws, regulations and best practice around the world.

By keeping up to date with industry marketing rules, Amy is available to advise or present to any of our clients and help them run promotions right. Outside the office, Amy’s other passion is animals, mainly horses, and she is an equestrian freelance journalist in her spare time.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in Client Relations and joined us from the world of Consumer Engagement, providing mobile and interactive solutions for some of the UK’s biggest publishers and brands.

At PromoVeritas Andrew has exceptional expertise in overseeing large, cross-border campaigns and social media promotions amongst others and his friendly, professional approach is his strongest asset.

Arthur graduated with a BA Hons in Tourism Management back in 2012 but had his first experiences of the industry and customer experience 2 years prior, working in high end country clubs in Florida and New York. Since University he’s spent 4 years as an Account manager and the rest in a sales role for TripAdvisor.

In his spare time Arthur is a keen Cyclist and Golfer.

After graduating from the University of Sheffield with an LLB Law with Spanish Law, Emily went on to travel Southeast Asia with plans to go to Australia and New Zealand, only to be hampered by Covid-19. Instead she worked part time as a marketing assistant whilst completing her LLM (Legal Practice) Solicitors.

At PromoVeritas she focuses on drafting compliant promotional Terms & Conditions as well as conducting thorough artwork and copy reviews to assist her clients to develop effective and risk-free promotions.

Grace under pressure and excellent organisational skills are two of Gemma’s many strengths that have served her well since she joined PromoVeritas in 2011 from the fulfilment and logistics industry.

Her encyclopedic knowledge of promotional best practice and laws, and in particular overseas legislation, enable her to advise clients on running complex campaigns and she has overseen large-scale, multi-country promotions for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Jack spent 3 years at Oxford Brookes University studying Events Management before he found his skill set aligned well with the Marketing industry. His first venture into full-time work brought him to PromoVeritas, enabling him to show his drive and enthusiasm within our client and marketing teams.

Jeremy founded PromoVeritas after a successful career as a senior marketer with Kraft, BT and Tesco. As the European Promotions Director at Coca-Cola he identified the need for a service that provided independent promotional compliance advice and bridged the gap between agencies with amazing ideas and lawyers with a preference for caution.

PromoVeritas is now a team of 40+, with its own legal team, hundreds of clients and they ‘run it right’ for thousands of promotions every year in the UK, Europe & globally.

Jimmy delivers information assurance to our clients drawing from in-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 and data protection law. His years of experience in internal auditing, ISMS management, and data protection compliance are used to ensure that security is at the heart of all that we do.

Ambitious and passionate about information security, Jimmy is a qualified SSCP and is working towards his CISSP qualification.

She brings her business development and client relationship skills to Promoveritas where as a Client Relationship Manager she will ensure that all of her clients receive a professional but friendly service from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle.

Ken specialises in providing intuitive front-end web and mobile user interface solutions to our clients and part of his role is to architect and implement web designs to best fit the requirements for a certain target application. Ken previously worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and for PayMay, a leading fintech company in Southeast Asia. Outside of work Ken loves travelling and eating out with his wife, as well as surfing and CrossFit.

Lawrence Studied Business and Finance during his 3 years at Coventry University, and has also acquired a Prince2 Qualification. His previous roles have included various positions in both retail and sales over the past 5 years, plus a further year as a Junior Project Management Officer. Outside of the office Lawrence is a keen sportsman, putting a lot of his passion into playing and coaching football.

Louise brings over 10 years at Managing Director level experience within both PLC and Private Equity backed businesses, most notably in her tenure as MD of the Retail Events division of Ascential PLC where she had strategic and P&L responsibility for £40m portfolio of events including one of Europe’s largest exhibitions, Spring Fair. Louise has built a reputation for developing client-centric products and services and brings a deep understanding of marketing, data, insight, digital and people management as we pursue further growth in terms of client base, geography and range of services.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in setting up and running interactive campaigns and services. He was instrumental in developing processes & procedures which allow broadcasters to operate premium rate services in full compliance with OFCOM regulations and PhonePay Plus guidelines.

Having worked in consultative and permanent roles with ITV and other broadcasters he has been involved in the delivery of thousands of high profile competitions, prize draws, votes and charity donation services.

After studying Business and Politics at Sixth Form, Mikey started his career in the EV sector before realising his strengths were suited to a more project-based role, which is when he joined PromoVeritas. Mikey is an ambitious individual who is determined to progress but believes that will come from first being a beneficial team player.

Outside of work Mikey is invested in sports, reading, and committed to learn all things business.

Since receiving her BA in Mathematics and Statistics, Nirusha has worked in accounting for the NHS and private healthcare. At PromoVeritas she takes care of many aspects of our finances including organising client accounts, billing, handling enquiries and processing payments and invoices.

Nirusha has a gift for numbers and is a friendly and enthusiastic member of our team. In her spare time she loves to travel.

Noel is a devout Catholic and plays an active role in the church community. He has a passion for all things “Marvel” and loves being outdoors and gardening.

Petra qualified as a lawyer in South Africa in 2007 and has since worked in both private practice and in the corporate world. She has extensive litigation and contract drafting experience. At PromoVeritas Petra focuses on advising our clients on marketing compliance, trademark, copyright, and licensing, as well as drafting commercial agreements, promotional Terms & Conditions, Data Privacy agreements and all manner of contracts for brands and agencies.

With over 20 years’ experience in promotional compliance and account management across Europe, Rina oversees the project delivery, ensuring campaigns are delivered in a safe and secure manner, providing best practice and operational excellence.

Rina is naturally very curious and an intuitive thinker with a broad experience of managing and influencing across multiple functions and levels. In her spare time, Rina plays badminton and enjoys yoga.

Sian’s background as a PA in the surveying and logistics industry has been an ideal foundation for the kind of projects Sian delivers as part of the Operations Team. Sian has a PRINCE2 qualification in Project Management and easily understands how to transform a client’s request into a reality.

From winner selection all the way through to prize fulfilment Sian is a conscientious, friendly and hardworking member of the Ops Team. In her spare time Sian is a queen at board-games and also enjoys going to art exhibitions.
