PromoVeritas was founded in 2002 by our CEO Jeremy Stern, the ex-European Promotions Director of Coca-Cola. He identified a clear gap between creative agencies working on brilliant ideas and clients who wanted to keep on the right side of the law and protect their budgets and reputations.

Since then we have administered thousands of promotions and given away over £50 million of prizes for some of the world’s biggest brands.

PromoVeritas are an experienced team of in-house lawyers, account managers, project managers, creatives and IT specialists.

Based in London, the core team is supplemented by over 25 independent global auditors who are able to oversee print runs, conduct prize draws or judging wherever necessary, at short notice.

Our varied skill set includes legal, marketing, logistics, languages, systems and technology which all come together in producing world class promotions that the public want to enter.

Indian arts devotee and marketing enthusiast, Aarti brings over 6 years of valuable experience across multiple domains within marketing management.

Her masters degree in Consumer Behaviour attests to her love for enhancing consumer experiences so she’s found a natural home at Promo Veritas, where she supports multiple moving parts within projects and ensures everything is set up for success. Aarti enjoys brewing Chai, as well as gardening.

Abi Roman
Marketing Manager

Abi’s experience spans nearly twenty years working in branding and marketing for major brands. At PromoVeritas she is responsible for developing and driving our marketing strategy and brand. She supports our team with research, marketing materials and communications.

AJ Cross
Graphic Designer

AJ has over 7 year’s experience designing and producing artwork to the highest standards. Has worked with public and private sector clients including RSPCA, Mandeville Hotel, Spotify, Belvita, Cadbury’s, European Health Management Association, Coopervision, SPAR.

AJ also leads on our photography, video-editing and animation work.

Alex comes to us with over 6 years background in business development and account management experience. Having spent the last 4 years working in the cinema industry Alex is looking forward to the exciting world of promotions.

At PromoVeritas Alex brings a fresh and creative approach to shaping promotions and running big, far reaching promotions.

Amy Powell
Compliance Manager

Amy worked in Client Relations at PromoVeritas for a number of years until her passion for the rules and regulations surrounding promotions led her to join our legal team as Compliance Manager.

Amy’s extensive knowledge of promotional compliance extends across the globe, keeping up to date with industry marketing rules and she is available to advise or present to any of our clients and help them run promotions right. Outside the office, Amy’s other passion is animals, mainly horses, and she is an equestrian freelance journalist in her spare time.

Andrew Copley
Account Director

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in Client Relations and joined us from the world of Consumer Engagement, providing mobile and interactive solutions for some of the UK’s biggest publishers and brands.

At PromoVeritas Andrew has exceptional expertise in overseeing large, cross-border campaigns and social media promotions amongst others and his friendly, professional approach is his strongest asset.

Brooke Law
Client Relationship Manager

Brooke, a Marketing Communications graduate, gained a wealth of knowledge about running prize promotions during an 18 month industrial placement at a promotional marketing agency. Since then he has developed a portfolio of top clients to manage promotional projects for.

In his spare time Brooke plays sports and goes to the gym.

Callum Bunce
Client Development Associate

Callum graduated from Bournemouth University with a Public Relations degree and gained a year’s experience in the communications industry during a placement year.

As part of the new business development team, Callum gains new clients for the company, helping expand the business and grow the company’s portfolio of brands and agencies.

Callum also enjoys socialising with friends regularly, while being a big Arsenal fan as well.

Danielle Raperport
Account Director

Law graduate Danielle joined us from the legal department of ASOS where she had first-hand experience of running numerous overseas prize promotions. As a result, she has an impressive knowledge of global promotional compliance and is very well placed to offer excellent advice and best practice for running promotions both anywhere in the world. In her spare time Danielle is a keen bonsai expert.

Danni Dunn
Business Development Manager

Since receiving her BSC in Psychology, Danni started working in the hospitality trade, until change of career which has led to the past 4 years working in Sales.

At PromoVeritas she takes care of developing our client base for new business including educating, supporting and engaging new and current clients. Danni has a passion for people and exceeding expectations. In her spare time she enjoys reading, socialising with friends and family and is a keen gym enthusiast.

Dara O’Callaghan
Financial Controller

Dara comes from the agency industry and has a flair for business strategy, overseeing all our major financial administration and accounts diligently. Whilst Dara describes herself as simply “a numbers person” her passion for business development has helped PromoVeritas to grow and succeed. In her spare time Dara is a competitive board-game player and loves films.

Senior Project Manager

Dolly is a Prince2 qualified practitioner holder, with an extensive experience in Project Management. She recently joined PromoVeritas after completing a 3 year contract with a global digital asset management company.

Dolly is extremely passionate about process improvements and efficiency and has come on board within the operations team, to ensure that all projects are assigned and executed structurally within scope to the best they can.

Elizabeth Stephenson
Project Performance Manager

With significant experience in both the retail and education sectors, Liz has joined PromoVeritas as the Project Performance Manager.

As a data champion, her role is to focus on continuous improvement to service delivery, efficiency and team performance in addition to enhancing customer experience. Liz is looking forward to working at this innovative and growing company and playing her part in helping PromoVeritas to achieve the growth that it is seeking.

Gemma Cutting
Deputy Managing Director

Grace under pressure and excellent organisational skills are two of Gemma’s many strengths that have served her well since she joined PromoVeritas in 2011 from the fulfilment and logistics industry.

Her encyclopedic knowledge of promotional best practice and laws, and in particular overseas legislation, enable her to advise clients on running complex campaigns and she has overseen large-scale, multi-country promotions for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Jeremy Stern
CEO

Jeremy founded PromoVeritas after a successful career as a senior marketer with Kraft, BT and Tesco. As the European Promotions Director at Coca-Cola he identified the need for a service that provided independent promotional compliance advice and bridged the gap between agencies with amazing ideas and lawyers with a preference for caution.

PromoVeritas is now a team of 35+, with its own legal team, hundreds of clients and they ‘run it right’ for thousands of promotions every year in the UK, Europe & globally.

Jonathan Patterson
Project Executive

Jonathan graduated with a degree in International Law having studied in Hong Kong. He brings meticulous attention to detail and aspires to enhance his skills in project management, whilst working on an array of FMCG brands and supporting the project team.

Jorja Knight
Legal Counsel

Jorja is a South African qualified lawyer and spent 12 years in private practice working at partnership level specialising in professional indemnity high court defence litigation and insurance advisory work. After this she worked as Legal Counsel for a fast-paced commercial group of companies. Jorja holds a unique skillset and a keen interest in the promotional marketing industry.

Remarkably cool under pressure and an ability to handle complex situations, contract review and multi-jurisdictional work, Jorja leads our Legal Team here, while also being part of the Senior Management Team.

Juliet Karp
Senior Client Relationship Manager

Juliet joined us from a Swiss private bank where she was responsible for locating potential clients, exploring new business opportunities and being the ‘go to’ person for her clients. She brings her business development and client relationship skills to Promoveritas where as a Client Relationship Manager she will ensure that all of her clients receive a professional but friendly service from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle.

Senior Project Manager

Krystyna brings cross-sector and multimarket experience having worked on projects with clients from professional services, pharmaceuticals, FMCGs, and non-profits organisations. At PromoVeritas Krystyna is responsible for ensuring a flawless planning and execution of complex projects and building trusted relationships with our clients who include O2, Pepsico and Footlocker.

Outside of work Krystyna is working towards an MBA degree having been awarded “MBA Scholarships for Women” by University of London.

Client Relationship Manager

English graduate Lianna enjoys supporting her clients with all kinds of promotions. Before she joined PromoVeritas she worked in marketing for luxury brands. In her spare time Lianna loves baking and exercising.

Margaret Quigley
Admin Assistant

Margaret is the glue that keeps PromoVeritas together and supports our HR, IT and induction programmes as well as making sure everything runs smoothly. Margaret worked at BT for sixteen years prior to joining PromoVeritas and likes to spend her spare time with friends and family.

Mark Stern
Business Development Manager

Mark joined us from the world of IT sales, with 8 years’ experience developing new relationship with clients in everything from banking to Education. Now heading up our new business development team he reaches out to new potential clients and conducts our highly regarded training sessions.

Michael Bouvier
Senior Project Manager

Michael has over 20 years of experience in setting up and running interactive campaigns and services. He was instrumental in developing processes & procedures which allow broadcasters to operate premium rate services in full compliance with OFCOM regulations and PhonePay Plus guidelines.

Having worked in consultative and permanent roles with ITV and other broadcasters he has been involved in the delivery of thousands of high profile competitions, prize draws, votes and charity donation services.

Nirusha Lagurparan
Financial Assistant

Since receiving her BA in Mathematics and Statistics, Nirusha has worked in accounting for the NHS and private healthcare. At PromoVeritas she takes care of many aspects of our finances including organising client accounts, billing, handling enquiries and processing payments and invoices.

Nirusha has a gift for numbers and is a friendly and enthusiastic member of our team. In her spare time she loves to travel.

Petronella Connett
Legal Executive

Petronella has an LLB in Law with Business and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law and has recently completed her LPC. She spends her time at PromoVeritas either drafting Terms & Conditions and advising our clients on how to run their overseas promotions effectively. In her spare time she enjoys socialising and spending quality time with her dogs.

Rina Gandhi
Project Director

With over 20 years’ experience in promotional compliance and account management across Europe, Rina oversees the project delivery, ensuring campaigns are delivered in a safe and secure manner, providing best practice and operational excellence.

Rina is naturally very curious and an intuitive thinker with a broad experience of managing and influencing across multiple functions and levels. In her spare time, Rina plays badminton and enjoys yoga.

Sam Walker
Business Development Manager

Sam has a wide range of knowledge and international experience working in client services, including structuring marketing campaigns for the UK’s biggest museums and galleries.

At PromoVeritas Sam guides new clients through our onboarding process. Out of the office Sam loves to cook, play rugby and binge Peep Show on Netflix.

Sharon Birrane
Head of Business Operations

As Head of Business Operations, Sharon is responsible for the smooth running of all internal projects at PromoVeritas implement, supporting our client relationship team and coordinating our large network of nationwide auditors. Her background in logistics and management ensures that each project’s scope, schedule and deliverables are achievable whilst her passion, attention to detail are what make them a success.

Shelley Davies
Managing Director

As MD, Shelley is responsible for all aspects of the management and operation of the business, its clients and its people. She brings over 25 years of solid agency experience to the role, having worked on hundreds of campaigns for major brands in the UK and the US. Shelley is passionate about helping our clients to find the best solution for their problems and sharing her considerable promotional expertise and passion with new and existing clients.

Sian Spelman
Senior Project Manager

Sian’s background as a PA in the surveying and logistics industry has been an ideal foundation for the kind of projects Sian delivers as part of the Operations Team. Sian has a PRINCE2 qualification in Project Management and easily understands how to transform a client’s request into a reality.

From winner selection all the way through to prize fulfilment Sian is a conscientious, friendly and hardworking member of the Ops Team. In her spare time Sian is a queen at board-games and also enjoys going to art exhibitions.

Victoria Cooper
Project Manager

Victoria joined the team as a Project Manager, coming into the role with a background of over 12 years experience in Logistics in wholesale, export and distribution as well as Project Management, coordinating product from China to Asda, Primark and Aldi, ensuring retail compliance.

Victoria also worked for 11 years in the Trade Marketing industry. In her spare time, Victoria has a passion for cooking and travelling, having ventured to Nepal, South America, Russia and more.
