Current positions:

Project Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 depending on experience plus generous Bonus scheme. Options of Childcare vouchers, bicycle scheme Private Health Scheme.

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm

Holiday: 21 days a year plus Bank holidays

Role Purpose: 

  • To own and manage the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent client projects that vary in complexity and duration.
  • Working with the relevant Client Relationship Manager you will help them to achieve their sales targets and client satisfaction through the application of care, dedication, passion and skill in a collaborative manner. It may mean conducting prize draws one moment, calling winners the next, organising holidays for prizes or overseeing the development of a promotional website.

Client Development Associate

Salary:  £22,000 – £27,500 depending on experience plus generous bonus scheme, options of Childcare Vouchers, bicycle scheme and Private Health Scheme

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Holiday: 21 days a year plus Bank holidays

Reporting to: Client Development Manager

Role Purpose:

  • Managing the majority of new inbound opportunities from both agencies and brands to help shape their promotion, generate financial proposals and encourage repeat business.
  • Take ownership of the client’s projects internally to ensure that they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Conducting telephone and face 2 face meetings with clients about potential and ongoing projects.
  • Responsible for a Gross Margin target that will require you to win repeat business from new clients and increase the services they buy from us.
  • Required to make between 20-30 “warm” outbound calls to previously trading or currently trading accounts to search for new projects.
