Current positions:

Full Stack Senior Developer

Salary:                    £53,000 – £58,000 depending on experience plus generous bonus scheme, options of Childcare Vouchers and Group Private Health Scheme

Hours:                     9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Holiday:                 21 days a year plus Bank holidays, with additional days for years of service

Reporting to:         Head of Business Operations

The Role:

  • Design overall architecture of web applications for consumer promotions.
  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications that include databases, entry portals, APIs and decision trees.
  • Maintain code integrity and organisation.
  • Understand, implement and maintain security and data protection (the company operates to IS027001 standards).
  • Work with members of the client and project team to ensure the best products for our users.
  • Participate in the pro-active identification of product/system enhancements which may improve tool speed, security, process flow and overall functionality and performance.
  • Develop the maintenance and enhancement of work items, including performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability and automation.

Senior Project Manager

Salary:                      £35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience plus generous bonus scheme, options of Childcare vouchers, bicycle scheme Private Health Scheme

Hours:                       9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Holiday:                    21 days a year plus Bank holidays, with additional days for years of service

Reporting to:          Deputy Managing Director

The Role:

To manage a large number of allocated prize promotion projects concurrently, varying in complexity and duration, from conception through planning and documenting processes to delivery, in order to meet agreed client’s needs and keep consumers happy.  Work within a Client Cluster team alongside Client Relationship Managers to support them in achieving the Cluster sales targets.

  • Work with Cluster Client Relationship Team to help define and scope deliverables for new projects including estimating associated costs and resources required
  • Support with key client development plans with the Client Relationship Managers
  • Analyse and interpret briefs outlining general requirements to produce tailored, detailed operational instructions including monitoring systems
  • Draft project implementation plans / Client Facing Schedules, operating instructions and associated communication documents for planning and scheduling timelines as well as recording and monitoring service delivery
  • Conduct a risk assessment for all major projects and agree details with Senior Management
  • Identify project strengths and weaknesses / lessons learnt and share with colleagues. Use to develop and enhance future working methods
  • Selection, briefing and ongoing liaison with suppliers such as fulfilment houses, printers staffing agencies
  • Work with key contacts at the client to gain their agreement to the project implementation plans and liaise on a regular basis ensuring they keep to both timing and budget plans. Escalating and acting on variances to the plan
  • Direct line manage and mentor allocated staff to maximum effect both on joint venture projects but also on standalone projects for each Project Exec/Coordinator/Manager
  • Follow and enhance company procedures
  • Where necessary, brief work to Project Managers / Coordinators / Executives and monitor their progress in delivering the project

Project Performance Executive

Salary:                    £21,000 – £25,000 depending on experience plus generous bonus scheme, options of Childcare Vouchers, bicycle scheme and Private Health Scheme

Hours:                     9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday

Holiday:                 21 days a year plus Bank holidays, with additional days for years of service

Reporting to:         Head of Business Operations

The Role:

  • Analyse data to maximise understanding of promotion entries, providing insight and recommendations to clients.
  • Build your analytical knowledge as you help deliver end to end analytical projects.
  • You will take responsibility for answering day to day queries and analytical projects such as understanding the age demographic of the promotion entrants or repeat entrants in different brand promotions.
  • Use PromoVeritas data tool to support analysis.
  • Work on an annual report on nationwide trends on promotions.
  • Conduct random internal checks of project tasks.
  • Investigate whether both internal and client project tasks are being diarised and deadlines are being met.
  • Help improve current data and quality analysing processes.
