Amex Business Show Prize Draw Case Study

American Express launched a ‘Key Safe Challenge’ at their Business Show 2018 stand at London’s ExCel. As well as the chance to win instant win prizes including headphones and chargers, all entrants were entered into a prize draw to win an Apple iPhone X.

PromoVeritas amended the existing T&Cs to ensure that they were suitable for the nature of the promotion, were fully compliant and were in line with UK standards. We were then able to receive all the entry data throughout the promotional period, taken from all valid entrant’s business cards at the event, this was followed by conducting the compliant prize draw in accordance with ASA CAP Code Rule 8.24.
