BLOOM Gin Microsite

Background
To help drive sales and attract shoppers who enjoy the finer things in life, BLOOM Gin ran a stylish six-month on-pack promotion. Customers entered a code printed inside the neck-collar of promotional bottles into a microsite to instantly discover if they had won or not.
Every month two winners received a luxurious BLOOM Gin themed stay at a Malmaison hotel, and 50 runners up would win BLOOM Gin gift packs. All runners up were entered into a final wrap-up draw to win a grand prize of a Malmaison trip and a year’s supply of BLOOM Gin.


What we did
As well as helping owner Quintessential Brands to fine-tune their promotion with a tailored set of Terms & Conditions, our team created the entry microsite to mirror the distinctive BLOOM Gin brand. We added bespoke features to the site so that entrants could find out instantly if they had won and what their prize was, and then enter their details to receive their prize. The site safely transmitted data to our team to ensure efficient winner communications and prize delivery to over 50 winners.

BLOOM Gin needed a well-built promotional platform to reflect the brand’s style, sass, and substance. Our microsite bridged customers’ online and offline experiences seamlessly; from purchasing a bottle of BLOOM Gin and scratching off a unique code, to entering details on a landing page and discovering the outcome, to winning and receiving a fabulous prize. Careful handling of data and winner selection by PromoVeritas ensured that not only was the promotion fully compliant but a success too with over 24,000 entries.
