American Express ran a unique experience for Card members to win an exclusive gastronomical weekend in conjunction with Hilton that included a stay at a 5 star London hotel, a tour of three Michelin starred restaurants and a chef hosted lunch at Galvin at Windows.
PromoVeritas amended the T&Cs to ensure that they fit with the nature of the promotional activity, were fully compliant and in line with UK CAP Code. We then hosted these terms on a branded microsite page available to all consumers throughout the promotional period, as well as this we set up a dedicated American Express entry page for all consumers to enter their personal details which were entered into a prize draw.
At the end of the promotional period, we extracted all of the entry data from the microsite and conducted a prize draw in accordance with ASA CAP Code rule 8.24. We also conducted the winner communication process in order to ensure the eligiblity of the winner and informed them of their prize. Once the winner was confirmed and accepted their prize, we hosted the winner list for the duration of two months after the promotional closing date on one of our branded microsite pages.
