PromoVeritas on screen: Inside Cadbury on Channel 4
Earlier this week PromoVeritas were featured in a Channel 4 documentary that went behind the scenes at the famous Cadbury brand.
Inside Cadbury: Chocolate Secrets Unwrapped allowed the cameras to snoop around their Bournville factory and to take a closer look at the development of their new 30% less sugar brand, the Cadbury Inventor competition and also their White Cadbury Creme Egg promotion.

PromoVeritas have worked with Cadbury’s owner, Mondelēz International since 2010 and are proud to be in charge of hiding hundreds of the specially made white chocolate eggs across the UK and Ireland in a way that is totally random and fair for the public. Although our methods are classified the documentary showed our Chief Executive, Jeremy Stern, being secretly filmed hiding an egg wrapped in a golden ticket at a store. The show then caught up with one of our Operations Team, Jess Munn, taking a call on our dedicated Cadbury Claimline and letting the delighted winner know what they had won.

The documentary also followed the story of Melanie, a teacher from Manchester, who was a finalist in the popular Cadbury Inventor competition. We judged over 200,000 entries for a new flavour Dairy Milk bar earlier this year and helped select the top three flavours to be manufactured and put on sale for the public to vote on. Sadly Melanie’s raspberry flavour “Raspberry Shortcake” bar was pipped to the post by 17 year old Callum’s “Chocoa-latte” bar.
