Former Legal Counsel of Coca-Cola, Beverley Saha has worked on the legal side of the promotional marketing industry for over 25 years. Starting in private practice in the City advising promotional marketing agencies, Beverley then went brand-side to Coca-Cola, before becoming Legal Advisor at the IPM. Beverley will draft or review all types of legal agreements between clients (be they agency or promoter) and their third party suppliers or partners. These can range from the framework Client/Agency Agreement to commercial agreements for celebrity endorsements or brand sponsorship to non-disclosure and data privacy. Beverley brings a wealth of relevant experience to PromoVeritas for the benefit of its clients on both the agency and brand/promoter side.
